- The studio itself, measuring 33 x 17 m, with a height of 6 m.
- The studio is cooled down by a silent air conditioning unit, which allows shooting even if the aircondtion is turned on.
- The studio provides enough material (panels) for most decorations.
- The studio provides a generator (up to 100 KW) in the basic price.
- The studio provides you with 11 changing rooms + 1 room for the director + 1 make up room, all rooms except the make up room are currently air conditioned.
- The standard fee will allow you to work 12 hours a day, with fridays the day off.
- The studio has a good cafeteria which provides drinks and light sandwiches.
- The studio has a kitchen where high quality meals for the crews are prepared if you wish.
- The studio has a large parking space.
- You can also rent the open air area, which has fixed decorations of an islamic quarter. 4 changing rooms are included in the price for rental of the open air area.

Even if you do not shoot at El-Samanoudi studios you may order meals from El-Samanoudi studio kitchen, but be advised that the order has to be placed 24 hours in advance.
